Former IT specialist at HSBC bank in Genova, h<\/b><b>e spoke his truth to Premieres Lignes journalists who were investigating tax evasion for the &#8220;Underhand tactics&#8221; series.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Journalists Valentine Oberti and Wandrille Lanos met Herv\u00e9 Falciani in Spain. They were given exclusive access to the &#8220;stolen&#8221; data from HSBC that reveal a massive organised fraud system. The journalists followed Falciani for six months, collecting his statements.<br \/>\nWhen Herv\u00e9 Falciani left HSBC in 2008, he took with him the entire bank&#8217;s client list worldwide. It took three hard drives to copy the names, personal details and bank account numbers of all HSBC tax evaders hiding their money in the Swiss tax haven.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pEspace\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pltv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/films\/20130521a\/grande.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-1732\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pltv.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/films\/20130521a\/grande.jpg\" alt=\"Le scandale de l'\u00e9vasion fiscale : r\u00e9v\u00e9lations sur les milliards qui nous manquent grande\" width=\"238\" height=\"134\" \/><\/a>Sued by Switzerland&#8217;s justice for\u00a0data theft, he had been heard by many European and American intelligence services.
